    I had the best experience at Miu Miu. The staff and management is top notch. I had so much fun trying different things and left very satisfied with Miu Miu.

    I visited the Miu Miu store yesterday to look for glasses, as I’ve recently been prescribed a pair. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The two employees in the store were unhelpful and disengaged—one of them didn't even bother to look up from their phone when I approached. In contrast, I’ve had far better experiences at YSL down the road, where the staff consistently greet me, provide detailed information about products, and make me feel valued as a customer. Every visit there feels personable and welcoming. Yesterday, however, at Miu Miu, the atmosphere felt cold and impersonal. One of the employees even brought out the glasses case, assuming I would purchase a pair without offering any guidance or personalized attention. It's hard to imagine spending over $600 on glasses when the customer service is so lacking. It’s a shame, because the glasses are really cute, but this experience has left a negative impression on the brand. I had a better experience when I went in with my dad later on - so 100% made me feel like I was being judged based on what I was wearing/my perceived age. But again, 10x better service at other designer brands nearby (employees are more engaged, enthusiastic, friendly and personable - that’s how you make a sale!) If I decide to buy them, it will most likely be online instead.

    I recently shopped at Miu Miu, and the experience was quite positive. The staff were okay, but I especially appreciated the store's general manager, Wenwen, for personally checking on my shopping experience and ensuring everything went smoothly. The packaging was luxurious, with a beautiful pink color and very clean presentation. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service.
