Since 1913 Prada has been synonymous with cutting-edge style. His intellectual universe unites concept, structure and image, through codes that go beyond trends. His fashion transcends the product: it is the translation of the conceptual into a universe that becomes a point of reference for those who love to experiment, challenging conventions.
I’ve usually had a good experience at this Prada store, but today was disappointing. The manager — her name was either Sabrina or Sabeena — was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that I had previously purchased a wallet from Prada and returned it back to the Prada store, then later bought the same model twice from a third-party website (as the first one was damaged when I tried customizing it by painting it).
When I brought in my wallet to ask if the coin flap’s snap button could be adjusted, she kept repeating the same question: “This wallet should be with us, how do you have it?” Even after I explained that I bought it from a third party app, she insisted on knowing which website. Then she claimed the wallet looked perfectly fine and even said, “I have OCD, and it looks fine to me,” which was both unprofessional and dismissive — especially since the defect was clearly visible.
When I clarified again that I had bought and used a similar wallet earlier and I know this one is defective, she questioned how I could have used it if I had returned mine to Prada, as if it were impossible to purchase from third-party platforms. I even showed her my order history on the third party app to prove it. Despite that, she continued insisting the wallet was perfect and not defective.
Given Prada’s strict return policies, I had clearly returned my original wallet with tags — yet her attitude and tone were disrespectful and uncalled for. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.
I know the manager well, so I asked her if I could speak to him, but she said, “I’m a manager too, I can answer your questions.” And didn’t answer any of my questions correctly.

I recently visited Parada in Toronto to purchase a pair of glasses, and I had a great experience! Joe assisted me during my visit, and I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly approach. She was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me choose the right pair of glasses without any pressure.
The store wasn’t crowded, which made the shopping experience more relaxed and comfortable. I also noticed they had a nice selection of other articles and accessories, which made browsing enjoyable.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. If you’re looking for quality eyewear and excellent customer service, I’d definitely recommend checking out Parada Toronto and asking for Joe!

I went here for my birthday and Jasmine was the best. She's very kind, accommodating and I will come back and buy maybe a bag on Christmas.

Sold me a pair of shoes that is defected with air inside that creates noise, making it impossible to wear it in public, and refused to do something about it, suggesting wearing socks with sandals. The worst customer service!

Not so sure about the quality as well as service provided.
I bought men's renylon suede shoulder bag, 2025 collection.
The bag is used for few days then the stain appeared, which is not there when it arrived.
It is inside the bag where no coeffee or drink cannot be dropped with.
So, I googled and the prada usually have bond sticked to the nylon which is not checked before it was sent to me.
Basically, the product was made in fast time that the bond is cheaply used in the nylon bag.
Also, some thread of renylon stayed inside the pocket which is not quality checked.
Make sure to check before it is sent.
Also, service is pretty bad to ask some product and see around in bloor street branch.
The prada product is itself beautiful but I am not sure the quality and service it follows
