  Didn’t know Loewe had opened here in toronto. Justin was a great help, very accommodating. Helped me with my return and exchange. Will be coming back.

  Two visits to this location in particular and this is what I call an exemplary experience in luxury. Jade was quick to assist and based on what I came for, he offered up something in addition that “I just might like”. It was certainly more expensive, but it was absolutely the right piece for me. I think it’s underrated to have someone who has the extra vision and tenacity to offer up cool pieces and try to create a fit.

  Wanted to share my experience with everyone. So I bought my Puzzle Bag in LA at their boutique I love it I wear it daily and I really beat up my bag and there were lots of signs of wear and tear from wearing it daily and traveling as well. I have the Large size Puzzle bag if anyone was wondering! I called the Yorkdale location as it was the only flagship in Canada as it had just recently opened not that long ago to open an aftersales ticket which is a service that most luxury boutique have to repair their clients bags. Gabriel was my point of contact for the aftersales! He was so amazing throughout the whole process and was transparent and realistic on the timeline of the repair and cost. My experience was smooth sailing it took around 6-8weeks for the repair to be completed after shipping my bag from Vancouver to their Boutique. I would follow up at around the 6 weeks mark and Gabriel was so on top of it and it arrived last Friday. So I paid the repair fee which I thought was going to be more expensive but it wasn’t which was amazing as the initial quote was less but it turned out to be more but due to longer aftersales process they charged me the original quote. Gabriel took the initiative to expedite the shipment as he knew I loved my Puzzle Bag. He couldn’t wait for me to use it and did overnight shipping so it did fall on a weekend so it arrived on Monday which is today! He even gifted me a note book with a hand written note inviting me to store if I ever came to Toronto. Amazing service highly recommend. I also work in luxury retail so I truly appreciate the time and care Gabriel took to take care of an aftersales issue.
