I wanted to purchase but since they didn’t have anything and they did not serve us professionally we just left . Not professional for your brand ! You were loosing at least 15k since I went to different brand after you guys and after 1 hour professional service I purchased nice collection!

- ADA DAug 8, 20251.0I added one of the sales on social media, and her attitude is very unfriendly and pushy. I explained to her I might be travelling to AB province in the next month or so, and she kept pushing me to go to store and make a payment. After I told her I would want a brand new bracelet, she completely ignored me. Then, when a new one arrived, she messaged me without addressing my name, and very cold attitude if I want it I have to pay tomorrow. The whole situation is not comfortable, no clientele whatsoever. I straight up told her I don't like your attitude and will not give you my business. I am not sure if other sales are the same, but I am disappointed as I shopped at Cartier before, and the whole experience was above and beyond. Definitely avoid this location! The salesperson's name is Pearl.
