I arrived on the day and drove a few hours, only to be told that “they were gone.” The lady at the front with long, dark braids just said “oh well.” And she was at the front, greeting customers. How unprofessional. I can’t believe that they would make me drive so long and not confirm the hold on the bags I was going to purchase!!!!
