  I visited this location to drop off my favorite bracelet for repairs. Firas was very friendly and super helpful. I was shocked at how he treated me with the outmost respect, and even offered me water or coffee, even though I wasn't making a purchase. Next time I am looking to purchase jewelry, Firas will be the person I buy from.

  The weirdest staff interactions I’ve ever encountered at any store. I went to return a purchase and not only was the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful with the return, their employees were hovering around me and staring the entire time (specifically Vincenzo). As a customer who paid thousands for a product, I would expect much better service even if you’re not able to return it. The entire experience felt cold and like I was being racially profiled. Worst customer service, borderline harassment from staff and rude behaviour. Won’t be buying from them again.

  I’ve been a customer at this store for years and one thing I never liked is how the sales reps size you up when you walk in based on what you are wearing. Today I went in to buy a gift for my best friend and was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Jasmine my sales rep approached me in such an inviting and welcoming matter regardless. She was very helpful in so many ways including finding a solution for me when my credit card wouldn’t swipe because it was so worn. She was so knowledgeable about the jewelry and wrapped the bracelet I purchased so beautifully including providing me with a card for it. Not only did she help me with my credit card, she offered me a nice cold bottle of spring water while I tried to figure out what to do. She was the upmost professional and I really appreciated how her demeanour remained the same even after she looked up my account and probably saw how much I’ve purchased over the years. She was so helpful and delightful I had to write a review! The store manager should have the other sales reps model her behaviour. Trust me they would get more sales especially from me!

  I went into this store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised how well we were treated. Brad Plesa was amazing. He was so nice and welcoming. What a nice human being. And excellent at his job. Been there for 10 yrs he said. I highly recommend seeing Brad for all your jewelry needs.
