- RRReya RDec 15, 20251.0What I ordered on a sale versus what I actually got. I waited around a week for the shoes to arrive on a sale. However, when I received it, they sent me a dirty pair or loafers and men’s boots(I have no idea if this is a woman’s or a man’s. The loafer box was literally torn apart and half lidded, which felt confusing even when I grabbed the parcel. No idea how they’re packing this stuff if it’s from a store or a distribution center. When I reached out to customer service, they said what I originally ordered is now out of stock and I need to return these shoes myself for refund.😀 Such an unhelpful and disappointing experience. I was so excited for my shoes and now I just have an additional chore. Side note: I’m a student working full-time which is why I ordered in the first place during my finals in this weather. And yes, I also do not have a printer.
