Firstly, I was treated like an old customer, although this was my first visit, and the sales associate, I found out later is named Arshad, could not have been more helpful with my search for a new pair! There was no rush on his part and he took all the time necessary to introduce me to different styles of eyewear. His knowledge, politeness and helpfulness made this a very pleasant shopping experience. A definite must visit for anyone looking for Ray-Bans!

Impossible to talk to anyone anywhere at Ray Ban. Why is it so hard to give you my money? Ray Ban website won't let me add prescription lenses. Website customer service phone number is closed. Website contact form is broken and results in an error. What's going on? Do you guys even want to sell glasses?
