It turned out that the feature was not enabled in Canada but my salesman, Chansoo (Charlie) too them back and gave me a full refund. Today the feature is available and I bought the next generation of the Meta 2 glasses. Chansoo remembered me, remembered the color I preferred and gave me excellent service and advice.
