Terrible service. My prescription glasses were still under warranty, but the staff at this Ray-Ban store dismissed my concerns and showed zero willingness to help. The person I dealt with was unprofessional and made the whole experience miserable. I’ve never felt so disregarded as a customer.

Honestly a very disappointing customer service experience. I came in wanting to buy Meta glasses as a gift — I had zero knowledge about the product and expected at least a basic explanation. Instead of helping, the staff member reacted quite negatively to every question I asked. When I tried to understand the difference between the models, he just brushed it off and said they most likely don’t have those in stock. There was no effort to guide me or even try to make a sale.

A big shout-out to Charlie for a great customer service experience. My prescription Ray-Bans were purchased from a major eyeglass chain. When a temple screw loosened and fell out I took them back to the chain and asked them to assist me. They informed me that they didn't have a compatible screw - which surprised me given how many Ray-Bans they carry - and couldn't help me.
I decided to try this Ray-Ban store in the event they may be able to. Charlie took my glasses, installed a replacement screw, and even gave me another in the event I experienced the problem again. This was a great experience that I frankly wasn't expecting. I highly recommend this location if you're in the market for great glasses and service to match.
