I bought Meta glasses a year ago for the Sanish to English translation feature. It turned out that the feature was not enabled in Canada but my salesman, Chansoo (Charlie) too them back and gave me a full refund. Today the feature is available and I bought the next generation of the Meta 2 glasses. Chansoo remembered me, remembered the color I preferred and gave me excellent service and advice.

Shoutout to Marina and Charlie! Marina is such a beautiful girl with a beautiful heart! Even I didn’t bought the Ray-Ban glasses in that store,she answered my questions patiently and helped me with my lens problems! Also Charlie is so warm-hearted and handy. The store was busy at that time so they helped us while other customers are well served!That is such a perfect arrangement and we appreciate it so much. I truly believe the store and the brand are both reliable with all these nice guys working together as the team.

I returned sunglasses here 1 full year ago and STILL have not gotten my refund in the mail.
Nobody is helping anymore, now I have no glasses and they still have my money… 1 full year!
