- SHSally HNov 9, 20251.0Be aware if you purchase online , this store will not accept the return despite having QR code for in-store return, they told me I have to return it by UPS and after I mentioned I have in-store return QR code and asked for the store manager , the best they could do force me to get store credit! Avoid this location as it seems they have no idea what they are doing !

Went there to return a jacket arrived one day before at my house because of size issue. She was so so so rude. Please teach them some manners! - HDHanu DurriOct 17, 20251.0I went to buy a shoes from these store and unfortunately the shoes was not available store and the girl in store ordered for me online and informed me is going to be delivered 2-3 business days. I have asked how they going to deliver and clearly told their going to deliver to my door and will give me call before they arrive. After 2 days i got an email saying the item is delivered to UPS and waiting to be picked up by customer. I was confused as she didn't informed earlier about these UPS thing. To understand clearly i called a customer service and told him about the UPS thing and status of my delivery. He again confirmed me is going to be delivered to my door within the next 2 days. I have asked many questions to make sure they will deliver it to me. After 2 days i haven't received any call from them and called to customer service again, unfortunately they told me that am the one who has to pick it up from ups and will mot deliver to me. I have wasted my time for the wrong information i got from both customer service in a store and customer service agent. They should have to given a correct information despite am asking them many questions regarding my order. This is unacceptable and un professional!
