- NNNeetzNov 4, 20251.0The salesperson had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, she looked annoyed to even see me, barely spoke, and acted like answering a simple question was a huge inconvenience. Her expression the entire time made it very clear she didn’t want to be there (or help anyone). Shopping shouldn’t feel like you’re bothering someone just by existing in the store. I left without buying anything simply because the energy was so unpleasant. If management cares about customer experience, they should seriously train their staff or replace them with someone who actually wants to work with people.

- HHHollyAug 28, 20251.0I returned a bag August 19th 2025 my original purchase was debit and I was told that I would have to wait for my refund. Seriously???? Debit purchase in Canada is like cash. It’s now August 28th and still no refund in my bank account. This practice is pretty much illegal! I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contact Pat Foran at CTV news. And of course I will never shop at Marc Jacobs again!
