  I had a very disappointing experience at the Louis Vuitton store. My friend and I went there last week to buy a belt. The belt we wanted was on display, and we saw several customers try it on before us. My friend liked it, but the sales associate told us it was the only size available and there were no new ones in stock. We decided to buy it. Later, when we opened the box, we noticed the belt was damaged — it had scratches and a small hole from being tried on by multiple people. We returned to the store to exchange it for a new one, but the staff refused to accept it. I explained clearly that the belt had not been used after purchase. The manager, Laura, was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or checking the security footage, she said, “I can call security if you don’t leave the store.” This was completely unnecessary — we were calm and only trying to solve a problem. It felt very disrespectful to be treated that way after buying an expensive product. We are loyal customers and expected better service and basic respect. It’s unacceptable for staff to threaten to call security when a customer simply raises a valid concern. I hope Louis Vuitton management looks into this issue seriously and ensures that customers receive both quality products and respectful treatment.

  Came in and was decided to purchase a bag. Although 3 of their employees saw us, no one even bothered to assist. We ended up buying to the actual store of Yorkdale instead. :)

  Bought a leather bag in 2021 and already has a huge hole in the corner where the stitching came apart. In total I spent $7000 on this item and Louis Vuitton said that they offer zero warrenty on leather whereas such an item should last forever in theory. I would have been better buying a Nike bag for $80. Stay away from Louis Vuitton products it's all a scam and the quality is far far far/away from the price that they charge!!!!

  A bag that I had bought a year ago now has a tiny issue which very randomly happened and I had nothing to do to damage the purse. When I took the bag to the store, asking for a quick and easy stitch, they told me I have to pay $150 for the fix. After I told them it doesn’t make sense to me to pay extra when I already paid $5000 for this bag and in the first place I’m surprised why this happened, they were very rude and unprofessional without any intention to keep the customer happy. They just kept repeating over and over again that they have to charge me because of the company’s policy!!!!! when someone has already purchased thousands of dollars from one brand, the least expectation is to be taken care of properly and receive proper customer support!!!!!!!! lesson learned for me: will never ever again go back to Louis Vuitton ever again!!!!!
