- SNSophia N4 days ago5.0I just want to give Chris (Store Manager) and Eureka (Assistant Store Manager) a very appreciative shout out!! There was a men's sweater that was sold out online in the size I was looking for. I called this location to see if they would have it in-stock. Chris picked up the phone, confirmed he could bring it in but I said I was calling from Barrie. Understanding the circumstance, Chris offered a ship-to-home service which saved me the hassle of driving down to the city. He conducted the proper procedures in confirming identity for payment and emailed me my receipt. After a week went by, I still hadn't received an email saying my item has been shipped. I called back but Chris was off and spoken to Eureka who promptly looked into it for me. She called me back within and hour and explained the other Lacoste store dropped the ball and forgotten to process the order. Eureka said she'll email me the tracking # by the end of the day. Within 2 days, I got my item! Between both associates, expectations were set, and met beyond excellence! Thank you again!
