Jin has made my visits very enjoyable, whether I’m buying a watch, or just to try stuff on - he always makes time. He’s also a big watch connoisseur, so if you know your watches, he’s the guy to talk to. JJ and Amy have also both been very welcoming. The team at IWC aren’t just watch salespeople, they truly care about the people that walked in their doors, client or not.

He answered a lot of questions I had about the piece, although I did not end up purchasing it Jin was always respectful and professional. We kept in touch for a few months now and I decided to upgrade my Markxviii with the gorgeous factory bracelet. Jin had it shipped and it arrived the following day. Very happy with what feels like a new time piece now and made a friend in the process. If anyone is planning a special purchase I highly recommend visiting Jin, he’s one of the most genuine watch collectors and consultant I’ve ever met.
