How wrong i was. The staff has been helpful and informative every visit. Every time i need re stock this location is my first choice always. I ordered my flowers online and paid online.so I went to pick them up after work and the cashier (brown guy) who was working there told me I hadn’t paid. I showed my credit card transaction to prove that I paid, but he said it didn’t confirm that I paid. So then I showed him my online receipt, and yet he insisted I didn’t pay till he refreshed the website. Boom- it shows "paid", then he knew he had messed it up. So, instead of apologizing, he started giving me an attitude by banging my product on the counter. Since then, I stopped going to Brock Ave and started shopping at Kindling for free delivery, better price and quality.
