- AAAndalib AhmedSep 16, 20251.0I went yesterday to this fendi location return a product I bought online and my intention was to purchase a different item from the store - I cannot even explain how rude the Asian older representative at the store was - she was busy on the phone and wouldn’t even assist to return or show me any products in store - she didn’t just create a bad experience for me - she made the entire fendi brand as a whole look so horrible. I own many fendi products and after the poor traumatic experience at the store I have decided to never again purchase this brand let alone wear the current stuff that I have from fendi!

When I went to the store, Jessica welcomed me and assisted me with my purchase. The store only had one left and it wasn’t in its best condition so Jessica ordered me a new one. Initially, it was supposed to be delivered express directly to my house but somehow it got delivered to the store. I explained Jessica that I’ll be travelling soon and I cannot wait for another delivery or come back to the store and my whole experience wasn’t great. BUT, Jessica helped me on her day off to find a solution. Next day Jessica personally came and delivered the shawl herself. I cannot thank Jessica enough. She’s always helpful and kind. I highly recommend this specific Fendi boutique at Bloor street and definitely recommend Jessica. Thank you 🤍

And non of their customer service staff cared at all…. My case was dismissed with a big fat lie and they ignored my emails following. Will Never buy their product again.
