  Waited in line for almost an hour.. took way too long to let people in and the store was basically empty.. alot of the workers were standing around doing nothing.. and like 8 people browsing inside?? I watched 10 people exit the store while the line stood still.. this store needs to do better smdh

  I had very poor service. The sales staff should consider changing jobs and let people who actually want to work take their place. Now I understand why this store has such bad reviews. In other locations everything went well, but here the teamwork was lazy and unprofessional.

  Kept us waiting at the door without an explanation. We didnt see any staff running around. Zero help , indifferent person at the door. We left without buying the gift we had planned for my father in law. Never experienced something like this in my whole life. Disgrace for the brand.

  I am writing this review to express a very disappointing and unacceptable shopping experience at this Canada Goose location. A sales associate named Zico displayed an extremely poor and unprofessional attitude when first interacting with my family. From the very beginning, she appeared clearly unwilling to assist us and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as customers. When we later returned a jacket to her, she aggressively pulled it out of our hands, which was shocking and completely inappropriate for a luxury retail environment. If a sales associate does not wish to serve a customer, the proper response is to politely step away — not to show hostility or disrespect. We did not request her service specifically, and based on her behavior, this does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather a pattern of unacceptable conduct. I want to be clear that other staff members in the store were professional, kind, and helpful, and they did their best to assist us afterward. Unfortunately, this one interaction significantly damaged our impression of the brand. Canada Goose positions itself as a premium brand, and service like this falls far below that standard.   This location had an amazing atmosphere of employees who assisted me in choosing the perfect jacket. I went into the store knowing I wanted the Chelsea parka (unsure of the size, but the team helped me choose XS) . However, I also came across the clair jacket in terra and fell in love. It is a unique brown colour and lovely fit. I ended up choosing the Chelsea because it is better to wear for winter activities and I love getting good quality , timeless staple wear, and fit. The clair is great for spring/fall, which i may come back for later :)
