  I had an outstanding experience at Canada Goose Yorkdale! I went in to try on a parka and I was greeted and acknowledged upon arrival. I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. I was lucky to have Linda Hang assist me in deciding whether I should buy a black or red model. I ended up ordering the black but returned to try on the red parka as I was undecided. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase as the sales team assisted me with finding my way around the mall, providing me with an extra garment bag, shopping bag, box and hanger. They answered all of my questions pertaining to the warranty, the fabric, how to care for the garment etc. I I will definitely be returning as a customer and I recommend this store to anyone who enjoys being valued as a customer and having a relaxing and positive shopping experience, especially around this time of year. Thank you! 5 ⭐️

  Canada Goose warranty is a scam! They take your money and give you nothing in return. I’m extremely disappointed and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. I submitted a warranty claim because my jacket was leaking feathers. They were constantly sticking to my clothes and the insulation was clearly getting worse. You’d think a premium brand with a “lifetime warranty” would stand behind their products. Nope. First, I had to pay for shipping out of pocket. Then they demanded a dry cleaning fee before even inspecting it. So before anything was even done, I was already out $150. Weeks later, after multiple follow ups they finally sent the jacket back, claiming it was “repaired.” But when I opened the package, I was shocked!!! It was still full of feathers and looked worse than when I sent it. They didn’t even bother to lint-roll it to make it look better. This was a complete waste of money, time, and trust. Terrible service. No accountability and a horrible experience. Avoid Canada Goose. They do not care about their customers.

  Went into Canada Goose at Yorkdale this morning and we went in JUST TO LOOK AROUND! We were pleasantly greeted basically by everyone working there. I had some questions about cold ratings? warmth ratings? and Min helped us. He was so knowledgeable and chill. He suggested we try on a long puffer coat and experience the Cold Room. What a fantastic marketing idea. We walked out having purchased two new coats. What a great experience. We got to meet the manager as well and it's pretty clear that this store is very well-run. Well done Canada Goose.

  ⭐ 1 Star Review Date of Visit: November 11, 2025 Location: Canada Goose – Yorkdale Mall I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location. As I was entering the store, a staff member stopped me and said I had to wait until someone was available to accompany me inside. Meanwhile, other customers were freely browsing the store without any staff following or standing next to them. When I questioned this, I was told, “This is how it is — nothing personal.” However, being told I need to be escorted just to browse, while others are not, felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. It appeared that I was being stereotyped based on my appearance or skin colour. In a country that prides itself on equality and respect, it’s shocking to experience this kind of treatment in 2025. Even other premium and luxury brands such as @Arc'teryx and @Louis Vuitton (LV) allow customers to browse freely without being shadowed by staff. @Canada Goose — please explain why customers at your Yorkdale Mall location are treated differently based on how they look. No one should feel unwelcome or profiled while shopping.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HOST/GREETER. I was waiting in line at the store on November 9th and was really shocked by how rude one of the staff members was. She had a horrible attitude toward a group of people that came in and started YELLING at them for no reason. I was genuinely excited to purchase my first winter jacket, but the whole experience made me uncomfortable enough to leave without buying anything. It left a really bad impression- probably will never shop from them if this is the behavior they allow at the store towards their customers.
