I purchased an Atlantis recliner chair on Mar. 3 and it was delivered on Mar. 6. The delivery men were very polite and fully assembled the chair in my basement apartment.
I am extremely pleased with the chair. I bought it because of numbness and cramping in my legs and feet. Already I'm noticing an improvement in both.
I've included a picture of it covered with my crochetted afghan.

I got the text and email the day prior to depovery just as I was told, and I was able to track it until it got delivered and I also got a courtesy call 10 min before they arrived. The guys brought in my bed set so quickly, it was smooth and easy and so friendly.very happy! Thank you.

Rizwana Patel was the Sales Representative and she is worth 10 stars. The Delivery guys as well were very professional, hence the 5 stars for them. The Brick Customer Service was very unprofessional in the way this matter was dealt with. There were more issues but will post this part for now. Imagine wanting us to pay for removal of the gas line for the old stove and then hook up again for the new one. We tried to explain that why should we pay for it when it was no fault of ours. The gas range was inoperable. We had a lot of issues with our gas range stove oven that we purchased since November 9th, 2025 and only today we received a new one. We were unable to bake for Christmas as the oven wasn’t working. The part that was needed is on back order from Frigidaire. The Brick wanted us to wait until it was available. I found this very unacceptable as we were unable to use the oven since it was purchased and hooked up.

Avoid this store!!!
Made an order though a phone, gave the sales person the old model number , he said it will take 3 months but he suggested another model number saying that it’s the same just a bit size difference, I agreed and paid .
As soon as I open the microwave to install, it’s totally a diffrent microwave form
Which I had . I wanted microwave installed under the cabinet but he sold me countertop microwave . Now trying to exchange and wait for the same one I have. The store management refused , this is pure theft taking someone hard earned money for no reason.
I wish I can give 0 star!

Worst experience here. I came in looking to purchase a new couch for my apartment, found one I loved, gave the measurements of my hallway/doorway & the elevator.. which they assured would be "totally fine". Delivery day comes, the couch came up in the elevator, made it down the hallway, and wouldn't make it through the doorway. After trying multiple times it was not possible and brought right back to the store. I went back to the store and picked a different couch, a small "leather" sectional. This time delivery went well, the sectional came with a leather care kit, which we used. The sectional came with a 1 year warranty, in that 1 year the couch would be repaired multiple times for various reasons, none of which caused by us. The couch had many issues, at the time of 1 of the repairs, the worker had scratched and gouged the paint off my my wall with a sharp tool when his hand slipped, another time left many glue globs on different parts of my parquet floors which dried very quickly and was impossible to fully get off, the" leather" began to peel and shred off around the 2 year mark, no pets, nothing crazy , literally only used for sitting.. the furniture here is not made well, the sales associates are dishonest, the repair people are incompetent and the whole experience was terrible, at the 3-4 year mark we tossed the couch. And purchased a really great couch from another company. Its been 2 years with no issues, repairs, or problems. Avoid the brick & shop around. They are dishonest and will take advantage if youre young, uninformed, and inexperienced as I was at the time I purchased from them.
