The 3 gentlemen who delivered our new refrigerator were so pleasant, courteous and knew exactly what to do as they removed our old one and set our new one in place. The service we received when purchasing it and with the delivery, was first rate!

Went and bought a fridge and freezer from this place was to be delivered at the end of October but now has been pushed back to the end of November paid up front and now they are not willing to work with us poor management after getting the stuff I paid for I'll never give them my business

I had such a fantastic experience shopping at The Brick (kennedy)! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. The sales associate Umme was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable — she took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find exactly the right pieces for my home.
A big thank-you as well to Manager Farreed, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Both he and the customer care team were amazing — friendly, professional, and truly committed to making sure I was happy with my purchase.
On top of the great service, they also offered me some wonderful discounts, which made my shopping experience even better! I’m absolutely thrilled with my new furniture and couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
