We thought we can get a paper bag from MK just to give the hand bag to someone as a gift. It looks good in shops own bag instaed of regular gift bag. We went to MK shop at Scarborough Town Center.we met with a well dressed and ill mannered guy. We asked him for a paper bag, showed him email that we bought bag from MK last week and need a paper bag, i also offered to pay for paper bag. The self proclaimed marketing guru start giving me a lecture. That all paper bags are accounted for, he can not sell a paper bag, this is the MK business model and we need to buy something in store to get a paper bag. It was the time i thought that i ruined my 15 year career and degree in sales and marketing. So thought full words. I left the shop. And hope MK too forever. By the way what if i bought a most expensive bag from shop in a PAPER BAG. Go out and come back in 5 minutes without PAPERBAG to return the second most expensive bag. Would MK refuse to return the bag without paper bag.🤔
