- MKMich KitamDec 18, 20255.0Me and my bestie coming from Belgium visited the MK outlet store in Tanger. We had the most great experience there. We came in a little before closing time, and still the personal received us with a great smille and assisted us to the max. Especially Kimia who was our personal assistance. Also the manager on duty, Ahmed was super professional, friendly and very help full. Tracy and little miss timid Mayar were super professional, fun and sweet too. Honestly, that night we had laughed so much with each one of them. I had to write a review for this particular team!! They need to be promoted for the excellent customer service and experience!! Thank you guys 🫶🏾

When one of the sales person asked me if I was looking for something, and I said "we are just browsing", they looked annoyed. When I was walking out of the store, I turned around to say thank you and the person stood there like a stone, not returning the smile or saying "you are welcome". We wonder if this attitude was because of us not being serious shoppers or the fact that I was wearing a headscarf 🧕 Weird and unpleasant experience overall.

Getting snubbed by a salesperson and to followed and looked at suspiciously by a store employees was laughable, I literally make more money than those idiots combined together.
