I went back to the store expecting better customer care from such a luxury brand, but they dismissed it as “wear and tear” and refused to do anything about it. For the price and reputation Dior carries, this is completely unacceptable. The quality clearly doesn’t match the cost, and the service was equally disappointing. I’ll definitely think twice before purchasing from Dior again.

- SSSJul 20, 20253.0I absolutely love Dior, especially their handbags which are truly timeless. That said, I think their makeup line still has room to grow. The packaging is beautiful, aesthetic, and luxurious, but the formulas don’t quite live up to expectations. I own three lip glosses, a lip oil, and several blushes and eyeshadow palettes. The lip products, in particular, are quite drying, even with my consistently hydrated skin and lips, thanks to a very thorough skincare routine. The pigmentation is also quite subtle. I will say I did enjoy the blush and eyeshadows more, they give a soft, buildable finish that works well for everyday wear. Customer service was okay, not bad, just not particularly memorable.
