I was sold a pair of sunglasses that were scratched without throughly checking them, and when I attempted to return them just 3 days later—without even opening the box—I was denied a refund. The staff, particularly Irine, seemed aware of the issue but still refused to make it right. This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here again and strongly advise others to do the same.
