Because of my body size, it’s usually difficult for me to find clothes that fit well. I walked around the whole mall and finally stopped at American Eagle. At first, I was looking in the wrong section (wide leg instead of straight fit), but then a very polite, friendly, and patient Black sales associate came to help me. She kindly explained the difference between straight and wide-leg jeans, and she brought me four pairs to try on. Thanks to her help, I found exactly what I needed and purchased two pairs of jeans. She truly made my shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. I wish I knew her name to mention it here, but this was yesterday around 5 PM. Thank you so much for your help!

This level of customer service is not something you find as often anymore and we felt it was important that she is recognized. She helped my husband find the right size and style jeans. She was so awesome in helping him we left with two pairs. I will be back to get myself some pairs with her help! She was also training Mya who did a great job! - AFadrian firouziMay 28, 20251.0Horrible experience in Newmarket Location ,i was purchasing at the cash when manager jumped to conversation because she noticed price is wrong which was ok after she without confirming what we doing here ask me to pay then I thought m size which was wrong completely and she make mess and order Large after i said is not correct she try to fix and void transaction and order the Right size finally after 15 minutes i ask fir my first receipt (void) to make sure i didn't pay twice she shout on me and said take pics i cant give you and she said You Are mad because you didn't got the price you want and i said its my right to have my print receipts and she was disrespectful and rude
