The line up was building and there was a customer who took over 20 mins talking about her rewards program.....the cashier didn't even acknowledge the growing line and kept chit chatting..... We moved lines and the other cashier who was the assistant manager also didn't acknowledge the line and was working so slow and sending customers back to get proper sizes and talking about the right fit..... I believe there's people on the floor to help with such inquiries....overall, I wasted over thirty minutes waiting in line....and not even one of them tried to call for back up to open up the other registers. Very bad service
