    I went to this store and my helper was named ZANETA. Best employee I’ve ever met at a store. I came in and she asked if I needed help. When I said no she fell to the floor and begged me to let her help me find some shoe company merchandise. I let her help me and she put blood, sweat, and tears into my shoes (feet). She worked so hard to find me sketchers that her own shoes (feet) began to bleed with the amount of steps she took to run around the store and accommodate me. She deserves a massive raise. This other employee called Zayed brought his kids into work and Zaneta put on a magic show for them, and then gave them her lunch, and bought them shoes (shoes). Thank you shoe company for hiring Zaneta, and thank you Zaneta for giving me your lunch.

    Extremely disappointed with service and handling of my refund and later on the customer service behaviour with my children . I recently had a very disappointing experience at The Shoe Co. While attempting a refund for two pairs of shoes, I was subjected to unprofessional and disrespectful treatment that left my family distressed. The staff member questioned the eligibility of my online email confirmation and my information, even pulling my phone from my hand and instructing me to hand over my credit card while was trying to tell her it’s in my phone case. The process felt invasive and unnecessary. The email verification was treated as a production issue with no clear guidance or support, and the cashier appeared incompetent in locating or verifying basic details. Most importantly The store environment became chaotic while my two young children (ages 3 and 6) were playing and running on the carpet near the clearance area and the warehouse entrance. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, the staff member yelled at my kids to stop running, which shocked and frightened them. When I stepped in to defend my children, the staff member continued with a safety rant about hazards. Her tone and attitude were hostile and disrespectful. There seemed to be a lack of basic customer service: no one was around to check sizes or offered help . The Associate who behaved poorly was named Sabina, which I found particularly troubling given the impact on my family. There was a brief moment of relief when a young man at the cashier assisted us politely, and we did complete the purchase of three pairs of shoes. However, the overall experience ruined what should have been a straightforward and pleasant visit. My children were frightened and upset by the confrontation.my 6 year old continued talking about how unfair was that lady’s behaviour while they were playing on the carpet and how it did not make any sense ! The service left a lasting negative impression on our willingness to return or recommend The Shoe Co heart land location ,to friends and family. The refund process felt unnecessarily punitive and lacked clear, respectful communication. What I’d like to see: a review of customer interaction policies, especially regarding refunds and interactions with families. Training for associates on de-escalation, privacy, and respectful communication, including how to handle online order verifications without pressuring customers. Clear, efficient processes for refunds and returns that don’t require customers to undergo public scrutiny or privacy invasions. Better accountability and follow-up for staff members who behave unprofessionally.

    Unfortunately, the staff working at around 8:00 p.m. on February 3rd showed very poor customer service. I tried making eye contact several times because I had questions, but no one acknowledged me or even said hello. When I finally approached one of the two employees on duty, he initially ignored me and then gave a very short, dismissive response. It felt like they did not want to help at all. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing.
