Placed an order through the store and after waiting for four days got an order cancellation email. On top of that, now I have to travel to a store to collect my refund. So, already wasted 4 days and now waste another hour travelling to collect a refund. So much for customer service.

Bought shoes from here, wore them 1 day and had to throw them out, the quality is the worst ever. You’re better off getting shoes from walmart.

Very slow customer service. Came here on a Sunday and they only had two cash registers open. The line up was building and there was a customer who took over 20 mins talking about her rewards program.....the cashier didn't even acknowledge the growing line and kept chit chatting..... We moved lines and the other cashier who was the assistant manager also didn't acknowledge the line and was working so slow and sending customers back to get proper sizes and talking about the right fit..... I believe there's people on the floor to help with such inquiries....overall, I wasted over thirty minutes waiting in line....and not even one of them tried to call for back up to open up the other registers. Very bad service
