There seems to be a running theme in the reviews regarding the store manager Sabina. She is extremely disrespectful and lacks customer service. Not sure how she has become the manager here. Store is empty probably because she scares all the customers away. Can’t even try on shoes without her getting upset that we’re making a mess in her store. Learn some customer service skills before this store goes downhill. It’s a store, not your personal home where you get to give orders to anyone who walks in through the doors. Other employees also seem to be scared of her. Will be complaining to the head office about this location.

Placed an order through the store and after waiting for four days got an order cancellation email. On top of that, now I have to travel to a store to collect my refund. So, already wasted 4 days and now waste another hour travelling to collect a refund. So much for customer service.
