  I typically shop at SportsChek and thought I would give this store a try. The customer service was amazing!! Someone was always there asking if I needed help with anything and quick to offer a solution of if I could not find what I wanted!

  I visited Team Town Sports today and was met with the best customer service. Shout out to Nick C for his exceptional service. He was very patient, helpful and friendly. He works really hard as he was helping a bunch of other customers too. Thank you so much!

  We have visited the store a few times and it’s always been a great experience. We went today to look for soccer goalie gloves for our son and Josh T was very helpful in finding the right size and pair for him. We went with our three boys and Josh went above and beyond to entertain them in their activity area. He had the boys try out different sports which was very helpful and allowed us to shop peacefully. Thank you Josh T. We will definitely be visiting again.

  I always have a great experience at Team Town Sports Meadowvale. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile. Anwar and his team are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. With three kids playing multiple sports at competitive levels, I’m in the store often, and they always seem to have exactly what we need. Their staff really know their products and give great recommendations every time. What stands out the most is the atmosphere everyone there seems genuinely happy to be part of the team. Watching how they interact with each other, you can tell Anwar has created a positive, upbeat store culture that makes shopping here a pleasure. Good job, Team Town Sports Meadowvale! Keep up the great work.

  THEY SELL DAMAGED PRODUCTS - AVOID THEM AT ALL COST I ordered a Nike sweater online as a gift. It arrived with a rip, which was extremely disappointing after waiting a week for delivery. I contacted customer service for an exchange (not even a refund) and the experience was worse than the product issue itself. They asked for multiple photos (box, SKU, damage, etc.), which I promptly provided. After that, they claimed the hole was caused by a security tag—which would be their responsibility, since the price tag was attached to the neck label, not the fabric. Then they added that there were “obvious signs of wear,” even though it was only tried on once. Despite acknowledging that the damage came from their own security tag, they refused to help because the tag had been removed. Every response felt like an excuse to avoid accountability. It’s unacceptable for a company to sell damaged items, blame the customer, and deny a simple exchange. I’d strongly recommend avoiding their online store. Quality control and customer care are clearly not priorities here.
