  I have visited Team Town Sports in Meadowvale on more than a dozen occasions and every time the staff have been phenominal. Today, I called regarding youth baseball cleats and spoke with Hamdi. She informed me of what was available at TTS and when I arrived later at the store, Hamdi once again helped me search for cleats to fit my needs. Hamdi went out of her way to help me, even to the extent of searching for alternate sites that may have the item I needed. But fortunately, we finally settled on an in-store pair of cleats that Hamdi located during her searches. Thank you Hamdi.for your help and patience. It is greatly appreciated. On other occasions, I have also received excellent service from Nick while searching for baseball bats and also from the crew that deals with skate sales and sharpening. They have been terrific as well. And when it comes to mechandise, the store has a wealth of products in all sports to choose from. All this to say, if you're looking for a great looking sporting goods store with great selection and first-class staff, look no further than Team Town Sports in Meadowvale.

  I’ve been to Team Town Sports Multiple times in the past few months and I have had the pleasure of talking to associate Stone who has amazing customer service skills. His patience, knowledge and determination to find you the correct product, sizing and colour schemes is unmatched in any sports store I have been to. If you’re looking for anything in particular and you are going to this location please do yourself a favour and ask for Stone, there’s no doubt you will have the best experience imaginable.

  My son and I popped in to grab a new pair of baseball cleats for—how do I put this delicately—my extremely detail-oriented (read: wildly picky) son. Enter Nat, our Team Town Sports MVP, who showed the patience of a saint as my kid treated the store like a cleat fashion show—trying on everything. Nat measured his feet like a pro, somehow decoded his very specific “style scale,” and still managed to land us on a pair that fit both his taste and my budget (miracles do happen). Thanks, Nat—you deserve a medal… or at least a quiet room after we left. 🙌

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at Team Town! Karly went above and beyond helping us over the phone to locate the exact R9 glove we were looking for before we made the drive out from Burlington. When we got to the store, Richard was incredibly helpful answering all of our questions and making sure we felt confident in our purchase. The staff are super friendly, and the included glove steaming was a huge bonus. Karly was especially amazing, she made sure we could come back to have the glove steamed after we surprised our son, so he could be sure it was exactly the one he wanted. Top-notch customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  Bought Bauer Vapor x3 skates online but selected ‘pick up in store’ so I could try them on. Baking and sharpen were complimentary! Chris C. was super helpful, and talked to me about fit, what to expect when breaking them in as well as helped me understand some of the different models on offer. It was my first pair of composite boots (I was using Bauer Impact 30s that were made in the 90s!) so all of that information was super helpful and was presented to me in an understandable and easily digestible way. The store has a great selection of pads, training equipment, and sticks too. Clearance sale on now! Almost splurged on a new stick! ><D
