  I had an amazing experience at Team Town Sports Mississauga, all thanks to the outstanding staff. A huge thank you to Anwar, the manager, who was not only kind but also efficient and extremely helpful at the cash register. He made the checkout process swift and straightforward. It's quite uncommon to encounter such authentic and supportive service these days, so I want to express my gratitude to Anwar for exceeding expectations!!

  Had to The men’s sliders which cost me $50 and I had to return them to Mississauga. I went to send them and they are charging me $32 by purolator in order to get my money return this is not fair when you have returns, most companies have that policy, it should be automatic that you can return it with no fee. I live in Markham it’s not like I live around the corner to Team Town Shoes.

  I am based in Montréal, Quebec, and consistently order from the Team Town Sports website. I am blown away every single time! The delivery speed is out of this world: I usually receive my items in just 2 days. Their prices are unbeatable compared to other major sports chains, and the quality is top-notch. I was also very impressed to learn they have a quality control process to verify mail orders before they ship. It really shows they care about accuracy. I’ll definitely be continuing to order from them. Highly recommended!

  Ordered online a very specific sports bag as a gift for a friend which was a featured Boxing Day sale with an incredible price (in the too good to be true category compared to competitors). Got sale confirmation and heard nothing about shipping info which was very unusual, so started to think it was a scam. Called and spoke to customer service after waiting 3 days and was assured that it was on the it was just delayed because, “it is coming from one of our stores in Calgary”. Went to bed feeling that I was getting too cynical. Awoke to an email that the order was cancelled along with a laughable 15% discount on next purchase (bag was 30% of suggested retail price and 50% of competitors). Bait and switch. Turns out it was too good, cuz it was never true

  Ordered a pair of shoes online first time from this store, paid in advance and just needed to pick up order from store in Meadowvale -once I received the pick up confirmation. All should have been straight forward. It was not! After getting the pick up confirmation, went to the store, saw an associate walking on the floor (found out later her name is Nat) and asked her if she worked there, simple questiom, right? She almost did not want to say she did, as their was a pause and a hesitation, then she finally said yes she did. Seemed like she did not want to be asked for assistance. I told her I was picking up an online order to which she turned her back and started walking away. Went to cashier and said the same, they took the order confirmation info and then called someone on their speaker system clearly mentioning the customer name, to bring the order. Same girl showed up after some time empty handed and she wanted the same customer information again. After more wait she finally brought a box of shoes. Seemed to me poor attitude and likely wrong profession. Don't be in customer service if you don't want to do that job and treat customers nicely. Left with a bad impression about this store just because of that one associate.
