  First and foremost, I want to thank Fadhel — an absolute legend. I came to him hoping to get my very first Rolex, and he turned that dream into a reality faster than I ever could’ve expected. He sourced an absolutely stunning piece and took the time to walk me through every detail, helping me truly understand and appreciate the watch. The level of care, knowledge, and professionalism he showed was far beyond anything I imagined. This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Here’s to many more timepieces in the future.   I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vicky at the boutique and I have to say the service was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to explain details, options, and made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. There was never any pressure, just thoughtful guidance and a welcoming atmosphere. It made such a difference and really elevated the visit.   We just picked up our second Rolex from Raffi, and we couldn’t be happier! From our very first visit to the store two years ago until today, we’ve received the most personalized attention from Andrew. He always makes us feel welcome, takes the time to understand our preferences, and guides us through every step of the purchase. Last year, he helped me get my first-choice watch, and this year he called us when my husband’s dream watch arrived. You can truly tell how genuinely happy he is for his clients , he understands what these timepieces mean to people. His knowledge and passion shine through as he explains every detail with care. We can’t recommend Raffi at Square One highly enough. The entire team is always friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. We’ll definitely be back and will continue to recommend Raffi to our friends and family!
