  The store was clean. Stock was plentiful considering it was the Saturday after Boxing Day. But that's it. We spent about 20 mins browsing and trying on some clothes around 7 pm this evening. 4 staff were on the sales floor when we entered. Throughout our time in the store not one of them acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. But they had plenty of time to chat amongst themselves and loudly compare notes on their own clothing. What's the point of having staff if they aren't going to engage with your clientele? One of the most important rules of retail is to always acknowledge your customers. This is a colossal failure on the part of management. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff need some retail excellence training.

  Staff are very rude at this location, has happened multiple times where they make snarky remarks and do not value customer experience or service.

  Not even worth giving one star for the service. There was a guy who was extremely rude. I only go because of the quality of the product, but the service is terrible. He should not be working in any customer service role

  Terrible manager, worst attitude. Waste of time complaining to head office they do nothing . So many complaints about this manager and she is still there. I will never shop with this company again. I don’t even wanna give it 1 star

  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF ( INCLUDING STORE SUPERVISOR LADY) AT THIS STORE....NOT SURE IF MANAGEMENT IS TAKING A NOT OF THIS. I dont want to add my experience in detail again, as I already see enough number of complaints, and mine is nothing new out of them. I have even raised this complaint in AE portal, but no one even mind to respond back to me for that...EXTREMELY Poor system
