  Terrible manager, worst attitude. Waste of time complaining to head office they do nothing . So many complaints about this manager and she is still there. I will never shop with this company again. I don’t even wanna give it 1 star

  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF ( INCLUDING STORE SUPERVISOR LADY) AT THIS STORE....NOT SURE IF MANAGEMENT IS TAKING A NOT OF THIS. I dont want to add my experience in detail again, as I already see enough number of complaints, and mine is nothing new out of them. I have even raised this complaint in AE portal, but no one even mind to respond back to me for that...EXTREMELY Poor system

  ATTENTION CORPORATE MANAGEMENT I was there on Saturday Aug 16 around 14:15pm. I was gonna buy about 8 T-shirts for my son and I got the Shirts from the back and it says on the PRICE SIGN THAT THEY HAVE ON DISPLAY IS FOR $11.99 plus additional 60% off. When I was paying my merchandise the associate ( WHITE GUY WITH A LONG HAIR) told me that it’s not $11.99, I told him come with me and I want him to see the Price sign that they have on display so he went and didn’t say a word until we came back from the counter he continued scanning my merchandise and didn’t even talk to me for the whole period while scanning my stuff. And finally he told me the Total and it was $107 something so told this can’t be the price and he said to me that ➡️ I’m lucky that he changed the price for 2 shirts for 11.99 and the rest was 18.00 each. ➡️ He also accused me that I got the shirts on the top rack. I got so mad and told him go check the CAMERA if I’m lying. The attitude of this WHITE GUY IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING. Because of him I ended not buying anything and I just left the store. He didn’t even apologize and he got more upset because I left and canceled the transaction.

  I had a disappointing experience at the billing counter today. The staff member handling the checkout (on 22 june 2025) was noticeably rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and he acted like he was doing me a favor just by scanning items.He even gave me my tshirts in my hand and i had to ask him for the bag.#DISGUSTING GUY👎👎

  The guy at the billing counter was literally doesn’t know the meaning of customer service he was behaving like he’s doing a favour to me.
