- SHShirly Huo1 day ago1.0Had a shockingly bad experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren store at Toronto Premium Outlets. My friend and I picked several V-neck T-shirts in different colors and sizes. An employee even helped me find one, and no one mentioned any purchase limit. At checkout, a man named Madhav (who seemed to be a manager and was wearing a light blue hoodie) suddenly came over and harshly told me I could only buy one T-shirt out of the four I selected. When my friend tried to buy one separately, he stopped her too and said, “You two can only buy one since I know you two know each other.” This “rule” was clearly being applied selectively. I saw other customers buying multiple items without any issue. And it is completely unreasonable to refuse a separate customer her own purchase simply because she knows me. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. I left feeling embarrassed and singled out. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with Polo Ralph Lauren and hope the company investigates this seriously. No customer should be treated this way.

She took the time to message me the pieces the store had from the category I was looking for. She was very attentive to every detail I described to her regarding the shipping and helped with my payment going smoothly. She promptly answered my messages, sent me some extra packaging for the gift, a gift receipt, as well as hard copy and emailed receipts. She also sent me the tracking number after shipping the gift to my address the same night. I received my package in less than 48 hours and it was perfect! Thank you again Harveen!
