After shopping there earlier, we realized we’d accidentally left one of our shopping bags (from another store) inside. We called the store, but they said nothing had been handed in and it might have been stolen, so we went back to check. The staff member at the entrance was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, insisting we line up behind 25–30 people even after we explained we only needed a minute to look for our bag. Meanwhile, another couple in a similar situation was treated politely. The bias in behavior was obvious. Once we were finally let in at our turn, we found our bag on the floor and were out in under two minutes. It’s disappointing to see such unequal treatment, professionalism and courtesy should be consistent for everyone.
