Not only did the close an hour early, but as we were getting ready to get our shoes, we were told by one CSR that we had a few minutes before the store was closing. another CSR came up to us a minute later and said that they were now closed. In fact, even the registers are closed. there was no way they could cash us out. So we just dropped our shoes and left. As we were leaving, not a single CSR acknowledged us or said anything to us. Looks like this store lacks any customer service skills. Will definitely think twice about coming back to this location.
