    I went to return two jackets, and Alanna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, efficient, and made the visit genuinely enjoyable. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her professionalism and positive attitude!

    Absolutely amazing to deal with! Alannah I needed a very specific size in a specific shoe and they were kind enough to make sure it was there and to hold it for me while I drove 2 hours to pick it up. Fast forward 6 weeks and I had a small issue with one of the shoes (I’m quite rough on them - and I also threw away the receipt ) Alannah was absolutely amazing in helping me narrow down the purchase number and even went to the trouble of emailing this copy to a location closer to me. This allowed me to be able to exchange the shoe with no questions asked! Absolutely LOVE all my Columbia gear and will continue to come back for more. I wish I lived closer to this location as Alannah and everyone at this location is great to deal with!

    It was great experience to shop for kids going back to school . I would like to thank Melissa who was helping me out. So far i have never met such a helpful associate / employee , like I was in confusion about the size but she was helping me finding perfect sizes for shoes and jackets. In retail industry, We really need more associates and managers like Melissa 🌸
