The staff, especially the gentleman assisting us, was rude, dismissive, and made unnecessary assumptions about us. The person at the fitting room was equally unfriendly, which made the visit uncomfortable from start to finish. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor service here, and after reading other reviews, it seems to be a recurring issue that management hasn’t addressed. It’s sad to see such behavior from a brand like Lacoste, known for its quality and reputation. We won’t be returning unless customer service improves significantly.
