  I went there to buy a watch, but it turned out to be out of stock, which was completely fine. What was disappointing was the staff’s behavior, which was quite poor. I was prepared to buy a different watch instead, but the experience was so unpleasant that I decided to drive 70 km to Toronto and bought the watch where I had a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not return here.

  I have shopped at Raffis more than a few times over the years. I used to visit them when they were in the mall before their move to the flagship store across the street - and what an amazing store it is . Everything in 1 place . Originally bought an Omega watch from Steve (recently retired) many years ago. Another time I have had my Tag serviced by them and they had it sent away and came back looking new . Amazing service . Just recently I was gifted a Seiko watch and needed some adjustment and Brandon in the service area went out of his way to make sure the fitment was correct - very professional considering how busy they were . In the past I visited as I had a problem with an older Montblanc pen that had a crack and they offered to send it away for an estimate - again they made the process easy. The level of service here at Raffis is exceptional. Very professional and highly recommend it.

  If you’re visiting Raffi, be sure to ask for Ishaan! I’ve now purchased five timepiece, both for myself and as gifts and he has made every experience at Raffi’s truly enjoyable. Ishaan is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to walk me through the different brands and the specifications of each piece. His patience and attention to detail really stand out—he never rushes the process and makes sure you find the perfect watch, whether it’s for yourself or for someone else. Before working with Ishaan, I visited several other authorized dealers, but after my experience with him, Raffi’s has become my go-to. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

  My kids wanted to buy me a watch for my 61st birthday so they took me to Raffi in Cambridge. One of my sons already bought a watch from Ishaan so we dealt with him. He was very professional, very patient and a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about all brands and gave his honest opinion on all watches that I was interested in. I ended up getting a Tudor 1926. My daughter and my other son also bought watches from Ishaan. Thank you Ishaan for making our watch shopping a fun experience.

  When I walked into Raffi Jewellers I felt so magical and welcomed (The Perrier water was a nice touch) ! Angela Singh was my host and man does she make you feel special. She took my design dedicated to my father and husband and made it more than I could’ve imagined ! My other charm was for my daughter’s 16 birthday in a few years. The craftsmanship is top tier and gorgeous ! Truly heirlooms for both my girls in the future. I was overwhelmed about how amazing the entire process was at Raffi Jewellers. Anyone looking for beautiful, custom pieces don’t hesitate to call Angela to help you. You won’t regret it. Thanks for such a great experience All my love Ps.
