  I've recently visited both the Conestoga location and Cambridge location for an engagement ring upgrade. Both visits seemed okay while in store, staff did seem interested and motivated to help me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately BOTH locations asked for my number to send me information on the rings I decided on and neither rep reached out on their own. The Conestoga mall experience was painful when I followed up for info, not providing me details I requested, quoting a larger solitaire diamond than we agreed to and the info sent to me was not easily understood- I was considering 3 rings and the quote was just stock numbers and dollar values, like I should know which ring is which stock #. My experience with the Cambridge location ended in store. I have waited 4 days for the pricing info on the 2 rings I decided on. I now refuse to call in, again, to remind them I'm waiting. Take away is that they really aren't interested in making a sale and I've been better served at a competitor's store where I will spend my $6000. Anyway, thank you raffi for making this process easier on me. 👍🏻 I do suspect your staff have profiled me as a sleep deprived mom, coming in with my baby, leggings on and hair in a bun but I can assure you, Moms hold purse strings and I had cash in hand. Do better.

  Had the most amazing experience when purchasing an engagement ring from Raffi and more specifically Angela Singh, she gave me an excellent option to resolve an issue I was having but then she pulled off a miracle on a tight deadline to have my ring ready and contributed towards a beautiful engagement for my fiance and I. The experience purchasing and picking up the ring has been absolutely phenomenal and I have no doubts my future interactions with them will be smooth as well. I wish there was an option for a 6th star. Highly recommend! and ask for Angela when you go in!

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the flagship boutique in Cambridge. Eric was very helpful when I reached out to inquire about Rolex’s and the staff was lovely and greeted me warmly when I came in. Pierre was extremely kind and helped me narrow down my choice of a watch and helped me understand more about the brand. Luck was on my side and I was able to walk out with the piece I wanted. I would highly recommend the Cambridge boutique with its massive selection of jewelry, watches and helpful and kind staff. Lovely experience and I will be going back again for the next special occasion.

  Although the name makes me think of the fellow who composed Canadian favourites like "Shake My Sillies Out" (embracing clownishness since the late 70s,) "Baby Beluga" (inspired by an aquarium trip,) "Rise and Shine" (having nothing to do with Noah's ark) and "Bathtime" (a jazzy singalong favourite for 38 years,) your haute couture is so chic!
