  This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an online order with Rogers for store pickup, (84 Lynden Road, Unit K03 Brantford, ON N3R6B8) and the website clearly showed the phone was available. Despite this, I never received any pickup confirmation email. I personally went to the store, only to be told the phone was out of stock. I contacted Rogers customer service right away and was advised to wait 3 business days, as their system still showed the phone as available at that location. Trusting their advice, I waited and returned to the store—only to hear the same excuse again: out of stock. What made this experience unbearable was the constant contradiction between the store and customer service. Every time I called Rogers, they insisted the phone was available on their end, while the store kept saying it wasn’t. I was sent back and forth multiple times, wasting my time, energy, and effort. This went on for almost 10 days. After all this stress, delays, and false hope, Rogers finally admitted that the phone was not available in their warehouse either. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel my order. Because of this mess, I was forced to buy the same phone from another place at a higher price, even though none of this was my fault. This experience caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Rogers clearly has serious issues with inventory accuracy, communication, and customer support. I truly regret ordering through Rogers and would not recommend their online pickup service to anyone.

  Wheel chair parking was cleaned during this winter visit. The handy cap buttons worked to gain entrance to the mall. The food court handy cap table was clean and available. However some of the stores still make there aisles in passable with items for sale. So we could not gain excess to spend our money. And let me tell you. If a person in a wheel chair van with a wheel chair is out and about on a snowy day it's because we are going to spend some money at your store's.

  The guest services is selling fake merchandise for the price of real licensed toys. He even told my daughter “don’t open it here wait until you’re home”. We opened it immediately and it was fake. I will post pics of the item when I can.
