Instead of actually staffing a normal lane they are lazy and instead use the store pickup as the normal checkout lane. So instead of actually being able to just pickup your order you get to wait in thr normal checkout lane. Won't be buying anything from this location again, just will have it delivered or get it from somewhere else.
