- GGGi GiOct 20, 20251.0I went on around 1 PM, and was completely ignored by the girl working. There was another customer there that she was very friendly to. However, she completely ignored me. Not a single word was said to me.

- DDDerek DavisJun 27, 20251.0Went in a few days ago while the store happened to be very busy. There appeared to be only one girl working, and she obviously could have used some help. While she was juggling between helping customers in the fitting rooms, and checking me out, a woman comes out from the back of the store and tells the clerk that she’s “going on my break now”. I soon learned from my wife that the woman who left her was the store manager, Rebecca. She apparently wasn’t much of a help to my wife in previous visits. I’d hope a store manager wouldn’t leave their employee alone like that. The clerk that helped me was nice though.

- MGMartin GonzalezDec 26, 20231.0Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to return a suit that did not fit, but the “return” tag came off on its own while wearing it. Right when I asked if I can get return, they immediately saw the tag was off and just told me that it’s mine now and can’t be returned or exchanged then to hand it back to me without even giving me the time of day to explain anything. Not only that, they even kept repeatedly saying “says it on the tag” after handing it off. Recommend to everyone and anyone to walk around the corner and go to Dillards. Avoid this place
