- AHAlex HoltAug 28, 20251.0I just want to share with management the person you have doing security / security shopper made me feel so uncomfortable that i put all my items back and left the store I couldn’t shop in peace every time I went a way he went to follow me I was not dressed or didn’t look the part like I have too steal clothes i understand some people steal that’s not me I have never stolen in my life and it made me so uncomfortable I went and spend my money at another store a few doors down I really hope you all do a better job of customer service I love shopping at polo but I’m unsure about spending my money somewhere I don’t feel appreciated or comfortable
