  I will NEVER shop the store on Taylor Rd in Reynoldsburg OH!!! First of all, I went to the store three times and each time there was a note on the door, saying that the worker was out to lunch, but the time kept changing when she would return! I spent nearly an hour trying to find scrubs to fit me! My sizing is tough because I am heavy top with skinny legs and no backside! After spending so much time trying to find the correct sizing, but not quite decided yet, the employee was telling me she needs to clear out my dressing room! I hadn’t made any decisions and I was still struggling with sizes! She was so rude and adamant that it was store policy that she had to clear my dressing out before I decided what I wanted to buy so I left with without buying anything! The tone in her voice, and when I asked her why she needed to clear out my dressing room she was so argumentative! I kinda got the feeling that she thought I was stealing, but I literally had on tight leggings and I did not bring in a purse. I just had a wallet so I’m not sure where she would’ve thought I was putting stuff. I am no thief. I went to the store on Morse Road and they were so kind and helpful and also told me there was no such policy to clean out the dressing room

  Showed up at 1208pm. Sign on the door said out to lunch will reopen at 130pm. Please update your hours if you plan to close for lunch 2 hours after opening.

  Their hours are either extremely incorrect or the store is closed on Fridays and only open for employees to twiddle their thumbs around in

  I came in here a few days ago and had a terrible time. The manager there. I believe her name was Ashley was very rude to me. I was simply just asking questions and she treated me Horribly. I was very disappointed. This was my first time coming in here and will be my last. The other associate I believe her name was Heather was very kind, however Ashley was extremely unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak to customers..

  Mary was amazing ! Everything she picked for me worked well and I didn't have to run back and forth from the dressing to fitting rooms. Mary was line my own personal shopper!
