When I called the clerk advised me to “jump start” it by placing it in direct sunlight for a couple of days then reset it. It worked. My watch works like a charm. I stopped in to thank them and showed my watch. The same clerk offered to fix and clean my band for a very reasonable price. It looks like new. Wonderful service.

Shopped around Columbus before ending up at Powell Jewelers where my family initially told me to go in the first place! Everyone is so nice and helpful from the owner Jim, to Paula, and Laurel. Paula tok a lot of time with me and my fiancé and really listened to our needs versus some of the other shops who were trying to push us towards something different. They were able to find a diamond in our price range that is absoluetely stunning! Paula really went above and beyond and we both would rate the experience as an A+. The staff really cares and makes you a part of their family. Powell Jewelers builds long term relationships with their clients and I can say we will definatly be back!
