He was bald with a beard abd glasses he was sitting on the floor stocking ammo. Ask them if you have a certain shotgun in stock, he just shook his head no did not say a word. I wanted to look at shotguns and handguns but he would not even stand up or speak! So I went next door to Rural King in spent $2,000 on guns because they took the time to take guns out of the the cases. Explain to me all the warranties. I will tell everyone to avoid this store at all costs

Manager left to go get Burger King instead of assisting multiple other customers waiting with me. Couldn't get a straight story from employees about why we couldn't get assistance. Left the store after waiting, asking multiple employees for assistance, having our ID taken and then left on the counter unattended, and unable to locate any of the employees or managers sent to assist us.
