Because we was let out by the grace of God and prayer the agony of time felt like death. As a Family of seven, one of them being my grand father hi is 76 in wheelchair who came out of town to do their shopping for a home coming DRESd. This will be our LAST experience at this store!! From the very beginning to the interest of the door, it felt unwelcoming, costumer service was very rude, and Un tentative from all the Interactions that we had with employees, Very few Cared about Our presence. This was the FIRST TIMe EVER stepping into this high class store and we will Never ever be stepping in this store again! Not only because of the Expensive prices of the clothes but the lack of judgement as if we got into the elevator bd wanted it to stop! This would’ve been our last option if we did not want to be open minded, and finding a dress elsewhere. No coupons , discount , no gift cards!! Just snacks and water as if food would make everything okay! BETH THE STORE MANAGER was the last person who came to see us. Did not want file a accident report and smirked as if we was trynna to scam the store… NOT ONLY DID I THROW up all in store bathroom my grandma used the bathroom on her self , was having chest pains where she does be on risk on mini strokes as vitals was sky ROCKETED! If not more if they would of checked on us before they left which I also had to have the manager call them back she looked at us as if we’re full of it!! SIde note I just lost my mom 3 weeks ago which is my grandmothers daughter I think we been through enough and to have a near death expand it’s just supposed to be rolled as if that wa okay it is not! THE Fear was unlocked and will forever uses the stoats over elevator. I wish we would of took further measurements to make sure all guest are safe! Right after we was off the same elevator was being used. Also got input from managers and serval employees they came two fix it twos day prior and that this is a constant issue … VERY disappointed Nordstrom to half billion dollar company and the elevator should never get stuck!
