  I expected a high-end experience from a Breitling Boutique, but the visit fell far short. The store itself looks impressive, but the service didn’t match the brand’s reputation. Staff felt disengaged—polite enough, but not particularly interested in helping or answering detailed questions. At times I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking about specific models. What really disappointed me was the lack of product knowledge. For a luxury watchmaker, I expected confident, informative guidance, not vague answers and rushed explanations. It made the whole visit feel more like a chore than a premium experience. Breitling makes excellent watches, but based on this visit, the boutique needs to put far more effort into customer engagement and professionalism. At this price level, the experience matters just as much as the product, and unfortunately this one missed the mark.

  Terrible experience. Lilly was very unprofessional and rude. Definitely avoid this place if you are looking for a good luxury experience. Very unfortunate that all the watch stores in Easton dont give a good experience. Will stick to shopping at the Troy, Michigan store and Chicago.

  My partner and I have become regular clients of the Columbus Breitling Boutique due to the high level of customer service. The store is elegant and inviting. The expertise and passion for horology, and the no-pressure, warm demeanor of the Sales Team, especially Lilly and Will, made all the difference. Certainly, it is easier to order watches online and pick them up, but our interaction with the Sales Team made this a truly special experience.

  Wish I listened to the previous reviews and avoided this place. Went into this Breitling location Wednesday of last week when I thought traffic would be quieter than on a weekend. I have been to the NYC, Vegas, and Oakbrook location and never had any issues prior even though they all knew I was just window shopping. I was looking at purchasing the mixed metal B01 SuperChronomat for my soon to be son-in-law as a wedding gift. I was the only person in the location and still got zero attention. Maybe the larger darker haired lady was having a rough day but thats still no reason to not even talk to a client while in the store with no other clients present. My recommendation is to go to any other Breitling but the Columbus one.

  Browsing for a new watch for my husband’s 45th Birthday/our 15 Year Anniversary. He has been wanting the Super Ocean Heritage for as long as I can remember and this was going to be his first luxury timepiece. Originally went in there to inquire about the newly released version to compare and contract the features and get insight on what I was getting myself into because this is an investment piece. Lila the manager I believe was very rude and dismissive towards me when I said I wasn't planning on purchasing today. Pointed to a few watches in the cases but never took any of them out. I felt like I was being “pretty woman-ed” because I was not wearing anything designer because I had just come from the gym. I ended up stopping by the Omega store in Texas while on a business trip and purchased a black dial Speedmaster. If you're looking for a luxury experience I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
