  Nick was awesome to work with! We rented tables and chairs from Classic tent for our wedding. All of the tables and chairs were clean and set up exactly how they were on the floor plan. The communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. How this company is still in business, I have no clue! The woman answering the phone should be fired yesterday. So rude and unprofessional. Not sure why we had to call them a dozen times just to make sure we would have a dancefloor for our wedding. They were unable to tell us when it would be delivered and would never call us back after saying they would. We had to beg and plead with them the day before to please bring it. Like a wedding isn't stressful enough already. Run from this company and save yourself the headache.

  Never go with classic tent! We ordered our dance floor over 5 months before our wedding. We called a month before the event to ask when it would be set up with no answer, up until the day before, and only because we hounded them for answers after being ignored for so long. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and SO rude. They finally came at 5 o’clock the day before DURING our rehearsal dinner. Oh and they tried to charge me an extra 100$ more than they quoted me! Wish I could give them a -5.

  Customer service was horrible from beginning to end. Very unprofessional on the phone. They agreed to our date and time. The day before our event they asked if they could bring them a day early. Our event was at a park from 4 to 730. The day of delivery they told me they would need to pick the items up at 5. Later would be an extra charge. If we wanted no charge we had to remove them and take them home ourselves. I paid for the service of them being dropped off and picked up because I just had hand surgery. After 3 days of not hearing from them we called them. The guy picking it up then told us WE we an inconvenience because I was at work the moment he wanted to get them. They then took over an hour to arrive. Lady on the phone claims they tried to get their things for days. They should be paying me for labor and storage. Still paid full price.

  Classic Tent & Party Rental was the cheapest place we could find for our sons graduation party. I called about 5 different places to feel out pricing. They were a referral from a friend of ours that used them the prior year for a graduation party. From the moment I called in (I wish I could remember the ladies name, my apologies!) the help and assistance was great. We rented a tent, 8 long tables and chairs to go with. I kept in communication with her and had zero issues. It was a bit tricky for them to pin down a time for delivery and pick up- but we were easy to work with so it wasn't an issue. They were clear on the instructions as to how it should be left for pick up. I wish I had a better photos of the tent area- but this is all I have and the tent is in the background.
