  I only went to the gun counter did not shop in the whole store. The staff was knowledgeable and polite they were great. The company policy on guns is ridiculous. I was there over an hour just to purchase the gun.It was NOT waiting for the ATF background check.3 people had to look and approve it you have to wait for a manager to sign off who is not at the gun counter then the manager has to ring up the purchase then walk you to the door. It was the most complicated gun purchase I have ever made. I would not buy another gun there ever again.

  Went in to vist this location for the 1st time after seeing billboards around the city. Amazing set up and lots to choose from. This store is like Basspro and Dicks. I looked around prices were good and I remembered that I needed a cast iron skillet. Found an employee in the shoe department and asked what section it was located and was told they didn't sell any... hmmm I saw camping equipment so I found this hard to believe. So I went where I felt it would be and behold they had them. So I went back to let the employee know they sold them and his reply was I only work in shoes so I didn't know???? Ok so say I'm not sure and pass the buck. Very simple solution. But he didn't like me telling him they sold them yikes!!. The cashier who checked me out was nice and happy to get my business. Not sure if I'll come back. Maybe the shoe department employee was having a bad day. Not a great excuse but hopefully he has a better day. Products can be bought at any retail store, it's the customer service that brings them back to become loyal customers...
