- TLTalika L-SDec 22, 20251.0I went to the store on Saturday 12/21 and the store opened late at 11:15am. The website said 9am open. I got a delayed greeting. I ordered a bag off line and wanted to switch the bag for a different color.The bag wasn’t even out of the plastic! The representative was not helpful! She said they did not have the bag and basically if I get something similar I have to pay full price. I was shocked. Then she said if you brought it from Michael Kors outlet website we cannot take or exchange it. I was like why not ? she said bc it’s policy. I asked her are your guys selling fake bags on the website? She said No. she gave me no other options. I called Micheal Kors customer service they told me to go to another store in NJ that is 2 half hours away! I brought over 15 bags this year from Micheal Kors. I will NOT buy another bag from them! They lost a good VALUABLE customer!

I was looking around to shop for a birthday gift for my mother, and she took all the time and patience to work with me to find the perfect gift which my mother loved so much and Narda was so kind to take the time to wrap my mother‘s birthday gift very nicely and paid attention to every single detail put into wrapping my mothers gift. Her actions on going out and beyond with her overall customer service ethics I knew that I owed her to go back to the store to personally in person to thank her for all of the help she provided me and with the amazing updates on my mom loving her gift. Because of her actions and having great employees like her you definitely earned a loyal, Michael Kors customer…. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.
