- NCNicole ClearyDec 8, 20251.0I purchased a pair of sneakers in November for in store pickup. On 11/24 I was notified that they would be returned if I didn’t pick them up that day. I wasn’t able to get there in time so they were returned. Two weeks later on 12/7 I received an email that my order had been picked up and my credit card was charged. The store does not have a phone to accept calls, they only have an automated system. I was able to talk to customer service by calling a different number and a refund was offered. However, due to no notification of an accidental charge or mistake from the store, this seems like a scam an employee is running or IDs are not being checked for pickup orders.
