- SDSandra DailorNov 4, 20255.0What can one say about a LEGO store other than, this place is AWESOME!!!! Bright lights insure that you see every item in this store and I love that. However, they have so many awesome sets that it can be hard to choose. Throughout the store you'll find assembled sets. Need replacement bricks? There's a wall of options. Spending time with a special little one (or big kid) let them create their own mini figure at the mini figure station. I love that the sales people don't hound you but are friendly and helpful. If you don't want to walk the entire mall enter in the JcPenny wing. It'll be across the the hall next to Boxed Lunch. You can't miss it! Just a warning to parents of children with sensory issues: the bright lights, various colors and all the wonderful items can be over whelming and over stimulating. I would highly suggest a pair of sunglasses to allow them to experience the store.

I was able to observe other customers that entered the store, were greeted and offered assistance upon their entry.Yet for some reason not a single associate acknowledged our presence. Mind you the store was not busy with customers during the time I was there. I refuse to spend money in stores that treat customers in this manner. I will be following up with corporate because clearly retraining is needed for this location.

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your VIP account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

Can I buy individual bricks?

While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
