That being said, the Auburn location, although further off the Thruway is bigger and has a better selection. Love them both, but if I had to choose, I'd go to Auburn.

When I asked about one of them, the store associate greatly lacked knowledge about the product and was more concerned about what was on their phone rather than answering my questions or helping to find the answers. He could answer very basic questions but couldn't offer ANY additional information which was the entire reason I went to the store. As the only customer there that night, I felt more like a burden than anything. As a new hunter I thought this would be the best place, but I left the store more frustrated than anything else.

Then after returning home notice items that were paid for and on the receipt did NOT make it in the bag. When I called they didn't care. Please note to pay close attention when checking out.
