The Carhartt store at Destiny USA opened its doors on May 1st 2013.
Destiny USA, previously known as the Carousel Center, is a six-story super-regional shopping and entertainment complex on the shores of Onondaga Lake. It is the sixth largest shopping center in the nation and the largest in the state of New York. The site of Destiny USA was formally Marley Scrap Yard, a brownfield site, which was surrounded by several square blocks of oil tanks, collectively named "Oil City". Just to the South of Destiny is the Franklin Square neighborhood that has been updated and modernized to preserve its industrial heritage.

In the last two years, I've placed four online orders and none of the orders were correct - wrong item sent, hood not compatible with coat like they said it would be, order shipped "complete" but missing an item, order cancelled with no explanation but a discount on my next order was given, tried to place another order using the discount and it was cancelled with no explanation. The customer service rep was useless, offered zero assistance, could not explain why the order was cancelled and would not replace the discount to use on a future order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM CARHARTT AGAIN! If this was a problem with one order, I'd let it go but four orders tells me there is a problem at Carhartt and no one cares.
