  Caroline was very helpful, knowledgeable about specifical sizing which varies by brand and even washing instructions of products. She greeted me when I entered, selected the merchandise for me after determining my needs, gathered a fitting room so I could begin trying on and while doing so found other brands that I may also be interested in. Additionally, she processed my selections at the point of sale, signing me up for the rewards program. Such a compelling, authentic, warm experience. Caroline is a true asset.

  I had the best experience! I went in not knowing any of my sizes, and BRI went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what I needed. She was incredibly patient, helped me find my sizes, and even kept track of everything for me. Her attention to detail and kindness made the whole process easy, I would have been stressing if it wasn’t for her! Thank you Bri :)
