We had a very nice experience with a helpful salesperson who was polite , patient and experienced . Reception was also good at keeping our scheduled appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I almost never write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.
I stopped by the Hudson Yards store today hoping to try on a few pieces before purchasing something meaningful for our anniversary. When we walked in, we were told all the sales associates were booked, fair enough. We left our names and phone numbers and were told we’d receive a text as soon as someone became available.
We spent the next hour and a half shopping around Hudson Yards. At 3:30, we checked back in and were assured, “You’re next in line, just 15 minutes max.”
Another 30 minutes passed. Nothing. Another hour. Still nothing. It was clear they had either forgotten about us or simply didn’t care.
Now it’s 7:30PM, we’re back home, and we still haven’t received any update, no text, no apology, no follow-up.
For a luxury brand that prides itself on exclusivity and “exceptional service,” this was astonishingly dismissive. If this is how Van Cleef treats potential customers ready to spend thousands of dollars, I can only imagine how they handle service after a sale.
Truly disappointing. We walked in excited to celebrate a special occasion, and left questioning whether this brand deserves any of our loyalty at all.

My experience at this location is second to none. From the moment I enter, I am welcomed by security and other staff and given some time to browse prior to my appointment time. I often bring my friends to my appointment and my SA Yuliya is the most accommodating to make our experience special no matter what the occasion is. She treats us like royalty, providing us with champagne, chocolates, and her expert opinion and judgment on purchases completed. She works tirelessly to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase and always modifies our pieces to provide us with the perfect fit.
I wish I was able to come in more and purchase more items because of how consistently wonderful this experience is. I can’t wait until my next purchase from this location! Thank you Yuliya for always taking care of us ♥️

I’ve been shopping at this boutique for many many years. It’s one of the best locations I have been and my SA Yuliya who is always styling me and helping me to build my collection with her exquisite taste.
I would love to say a special,” thank you” for the boutique Director: Michael who always accommodate every single needs and I’ve been shopping in other VCA’s and no matter what my number one boutique is the Hudson Yards. I’ve been your client for a six years and you will be forever my go to boutique where I feel like it’s my home

I visited this branch with my friend on Tuesday, but we didn't make any purchases. The store was surprisingly quiet, with staff and sales associates mostly engrossed in their computers and seemingly uninterested. After a while, an older woman approached us and asked what we were looking for, but she didn’t seem very bothered.
Regardless, I appreciate your effort in making my decision easier. We ended up purchasing something from Cartier instead. By the way, Lorenzo at Cartier was incredibly kind and professional—such a great sales associate.
I believe no purchase is too small, but Van Cleef could probably step up their game! LOL
